EULA - End User License Agreement

This agreement, E.U.L.A
End User Licence agreement.

SongTrak was prepared for use as a Publishers Accounting
System for Copyrighted Authors Song Poems by
Paul A. Barfoot, herein after called the Author.
SongTrak, hereinafter called "the application,"
was created using Paradox version 7and compiled with
Paradox 11 which is a relational data base program
owned by the Corel Corp.

There is NO WARRANTY of any kind.
The applicaion - is as it is.

Under NO circumstance shall Corel Corporation
and or the Author, be held liable for damages real
or imagined and of any type or nature due to any
result this application and/or Paradox Runtime 11
may cause the user and or the computing device upon
which the application and or Paradox run time is installed
and used.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE - DO NOT INSTALL IT OR USE IT.

Paradox Runtime 11 is available free of charge to use this
application.
The application was tested to run on Windows 7 32 and 64 bit
using Paradox 11 Runtime but will probably run properly on
Windows xp and Vista (all Versions}
